Nothing, They provided appointment letter after 6 months of joining and never provides you with salary slips, increment letter etc. No EPF,PF nothing. They overburdened the CREs and treat them as assistant to counsellors. Low salary and 9 hours a day shift. They promise incentives but never provide you with same.

Dislikes

Don't fall prey to them. They don't even recognise lot of national holidays. They have a team to monitor you entire day through cameras. Managers has a dictatorship kind of attitude and blames others for her mistakes.

There is absolutely nothing which you can like about this typical Laala company. Highly unprofessional, arrogant and Fraudulent Owners

1. No Appointment letter 2. No Salary Slips 3. Fake promises 4. Long working hours 5. No Privacy as Owner keep stalking you through CCTV cameras 6. You are forced to sign a contract and they do not provide you any copy of the same. 7. Extremely unprofessional, Narcissist and rude owners with a very regressive thinking 8. No Paid leave 9. Only 3 gazetted leaves in a year 10. No annual appraisals 11. Always find reasons to deduct salary 12. Always talk about incentives but never pay 13. Suffocating and jail like environment 14. Pay part of the salary in cash 15. Deduct security amount from your salary which is never returned. 16. If you leave them they will not issue you any experience certificate and will not pay your your last month's salary. 17. Tax Evaders. They have been raided so many times.

They are fraud, misbehave with clients and students, they betray with students and keep their money with themselves without returning it. Not listen further calls and messages of clients and students. We are not satisfied with their services.

This is best company in immigration sector. Give chance to new person to work with them and learn alot. I joinef this co. As fresher in immigration sector and learn alot things .
