Nothing as of such the brand have done so as the employee put positive feedback

Dislikes

At 2023 nov, 5-6 manager across pan india left all of sudden. Doesn't retrieve employee. Bad work environment and worst management.

Company culture is good And they are provide good knowledge about ther brand and skill development to there staff.

Dislikes

His management is not good and any of his stores there are some managers who do not think at all about their staff. You are good for them as long as you work in that company as soon as you decided to leave the company. You become there enemy

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
