Physical harassment is very common in this company. Biased management, they will not listen to you even if you complain about it but they will ask why you not working. No pf or any other benefits. No work culture, harsh and unparlimentary words will be spoken throughout the work place.

I love my teammates everyone Kumar, Vinod,vijji, Richard,Suresh,subbaiah.. In my training I have learned lots of things duties and responsibilities...my teammates tought me well... they helped me a lot., No job security,no career growth.. after completing one year of experience.. for appraisal they took 6 months of time..no work satisfaction....long duty hours... around 15hours.. they are killing us... good environment but we could not manage our personal life and professional life at a time here..

Long duty hours..... food was not good in cafeteria...staff accommodation rooms are not good...

Everybody is super supportive and good.... Company is overall good... But Vice president Mr. Thulasiram is the person who irritates others to the core... He do not have basic manners on how to talk with whom. No equality. He do whatever he want n whenever he want to take leave. But when it comes to others he bark nonsense... N he don't have courtesy to reply.

My boss Mr.Antony Viju, the best boss in my career....Thought me the process in a friendly manner, thought me to write letters, thought me the manners etc.,developed my career with the software which they handled, peaceful environment best colleagues,best place to learn

There is no teamwork in the property,career growth is slow,lack of staff. Staff benefits are poor comparing to other properties.otherwise its a good property to work.
