Great work culture and compensation. Management is always ready to listen to the employees and work on the concerns. Every first Friday of the month is a holiday. Flexible leaves and Mandatory paid vacation

Its been a year and I haven't felt anything wrong yet.

... of them is empathy and they really show that to customers as well as employees. The compensation is par beyond industry standards.

Has a few great minds trying to solve a good problem in the industry. Inter-team culture is good (if you have the right manager). Flexible working hours and leave policy.

Dislikes

All the positives I mentioned are immediately cancelled out because of senior leadership. The company has let go of many really smart folks (and of course that’s affecting their performance). There is no faith in the leadership and an air of discontentment among smart folks still working there. The management cannot be trusted and frequently peddles false information to keep employee morale before firing them promptly, just months later.

Likes

Fast-paced work culture, good investments in tools and technologies. Allows plenty of experimentation with the technologies. Plenty of recent rounds of funding. Hiring is frozen, but no layoffs yet.

Dislikes

Too much politics and too many cooks in the kitchen, especially with old-timers who have created fortifications and are only waiting their time out for a big payday from the stock options they received years back. There is little prospect of growth anymore.
