Good environment to work in with such a good and supportive teammates and manager. Since it's a remote job still a lot of focus on getting the job done rather than micromanaging like who is online or not till you are supporting your teammates in the need of hour and positive culture within the org.

Even though salary is quite decent comparing to market standards but everyone likes appraisal and promotion. Not very high appraisal and promotion is not that easy

Your appraisal depends upon the visibility you have and not on the work. The codebase is ancient and very badly designed. Also everything is extracted from the platform side so you never work on actual problems with scale just LLD.
