There is nothing to like about chaphekar engineering. Only the good thing they have the CED coating plant and good history because of their parent.

Dislikes

...No HR Department, No Design Department, No Quality Department, nothing is there. They are not doing salery on time, they are deducting money from employees by giving any reason, they charge late coming mark ( half day salary cut ), Till December end they are deducting salary by 20 %, there is no work and life balance. If you give resignation they will not give last month salary to you. No any training is given to new joiners.

Its only tier 1 company. You will get only knowledge about process of loadbody mfg.

Dislikes

Too much pressure, bad language use, no core documentation knowledge, no system, have vacancy always because they don't treat employee well. For more go their and get it know.

Design and development team is very supportive some of other staff members are also very supportive, but growth in sense of salary is very low, less job security.

Job security, working hours is not set, no OT for office staffs

No job security, Worst Management, Pathetic company policies

No any training, No any career growth, Forget about appraisal, Only You can able to learn about Tata and Mahindra norms their working system.

1. No Manners on how to interact with ladies' employees. Especially GM- Operation and company owner. 2. Employees suffer because of owners' internal conflicts. 3. Company owner doesn't have people management abilities. 4. Company doesn't follow single compliance from the government. One day the company will face big trouble because of such practices.
