Salary will be paid on time. Appraisal is Okay

Dislikes

No proper team lead.They have just assigned one person who has no professional behaviour ,no proper knowledge.Team lead tries to win conversation but does not lead the team. Manager is a Joker in the company. No proper KT. Too much politics Note - This company is not for professional people.

...was something good looking at the building the office is located in. Fake owner. The internet & the software has so many issues & if you complain about it, then your salary goes on hold. The owner doesn't want you to speak the truth & if you do so, then you're been troubled mentally. You're been forced to work even if the entire city has been asked by the government to take an off due to natural calamities, disasters etc. Even if there's a wedding in the Family, you still have to go to work just because the owner doesn't want you to be happy. He especially hires unmarried people because he forces people to work from home even after regular office hours. In short, he wants such people to work 24/7 for him who don't have a family. First company that has an attrition rate of 95% every 6 months. Much more to write but can't afford time to spend behind this organization. If anything you find is not true as mentioned above, go and work for at least 6 months....

...r/Appointment Letter Provided * No relieving letter/Experience Letter Provided * Irrelevant deductions in salary giving silly reasons * Senior Team members tries to dominate new joiners and play politics on them after probation period is complete * Everything is good until you are on Probation. Post that senior members will try to make your work life hell by playing politics on you * The owner of this organization is not open to listen to the grievances of the employee * They pay you Salary in 2 parts so that when you leave the organization, they can take your 2nd part of salary and don`t pay you at all

There's nothing much to like as such. Just got to learn about how E commerce sector works.

Dislikes

There's a lot to dislike. The appointment letter was given after 10 months that to we had to beg for it. Instead of an appointment letter, a code of conduct handout was shared with us which doesn't talks about an employee's rights or his/her entitlement. The owner is not at all approachable. No Indian/American holidays. Yearly 24 leaves are provided that to are given subject to availability. False promises were given at the time of interviewing us.
