Your manager has the entire authority to your appraisal, your salary, your work life balance. 3. HR has no control on any matter. They are just a mere puppet. 4. Growth is zero. Learning in this company is zero. Worst company I have worked with in my entire 8 years of job. 5. Timing is 8 hrs where entry is at 9:30 AM but leaving office as a guy cannot be after 8 hrs. It's will be 10-11 hrs of working

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
