Won't work in a systematic way and professionally , the Employess are not aware of the methodologies on which they are working , Mainly concentrate on productivity than Quality. the employeers should be trained well on Communication skills and professional , its better to dedicated time on training sessions

manager & leads who are working more than 7 years, their dominance will be like hell & we can't take that dominance. we can't learn new technologies . the company is supporting for a pharma clinical research & they have only one client (of course its a big), their internal things were like OMG.. Horrible, most of the time manager was very rude to the employees. the company is suitable for QE only not for developers. QE's who are working since long were ruling the company indirectly.

I worked hard, and there are ruthless. On paper and mouth, both are different. Promac and cannalsoft two are combined doing cheating the employees. Fully trained in how to do fraud and escape. they won't be on their word and on agreement paper also fraud. Biggest mistake I made in my life. You are safe when you didn't submit any documents. They played with me by keeping my cheque and all my documents.
