T 2.Toxic Work Culture 3.No professionalism 4.Lot of worst politics. 5.No peace at work 6.Work Pressure 7.People here want to win conversations. 8.Sick Minded people 9.Work culture is ugly 10.Notice Period of 3 months. 11.Team Leader Raghu nekkalapuka is a post man who has no technical knowledge and keeps twisting the words and update manager with negative comments about the team members he don't like and he just keeps barking as he cannot find solution to the problem 12.Manager Arun yaarlagadda doest not have functional knowledge nor he is aware of how to handle the team. 13.Above all join only if you want salary .You will only be happy on the day of salary and remaining days you will be thinking how to get out of this worst organization. You will regret your decision if you join this organization. It is important to survive but it is also important to survive with peace of mind.

Does not provide WFH and no work life balance, you're asked to work overtime for which you'll not be paid and even on weekends based on the study requirements.

Only reason I like this company is it is located in vijayawada

Seriously company is not looking for growth, so obviously no growth for employees. No leadership, currently leads are trying to retain the position. By the way leads are 2-3 years experienced who don't know how to respect others What's unfortunate is that even those with 10-11 years of experience who can lead a team in a great way have to be under them.

Won't work in a systematic way and professionally , the Employess are not aware of the methodologies on which they are working , Mainly concentrate on productivity than Quality. the employeers should be trained well on Communication skills and professional , its better to dedicated time on training sessions
