...o respect from top level management. Employees are treated as like curry leaves. Once you complete project immediately you will be lay off without any notice and salary benefits. 200% no job security.

Work & personal life couldnot be balanced. Expecting to work for 7 days in a week & the compensation is also very low for the effort we put to complete the task. We need to wait for 2 years for the hike that we need to get after completing 1 year which was mentioned while joining. Intentionally delaying the hike that the employee should get.

They will treat you like a use and throw the material 8. No learnings at all. 9. They will ask you to work on personal computers. they won't provide even internet charges 10. No clean toilets 11. They do not even keep tissue papers in toilets during this pandemic time. 12. they will water to the sanitizers 13. They will ask to come to the office during this pandemic time. 14. They won't provide cab or allowances for the extra hours,

Good Work Environment and Culture other Teammates are supportive and the management. Working Hours Freedom Good cafeteria cleaning staffs awesome.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is not in decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.But they can fire us.On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Self learning, since there was no internet available freely to use and surf. Everything we had to learn by our own.
