Only the HR interview was good, the guy name firdoz was very good in co-ordination and interview assignment round.

...s manager round was very pathetic round I ever had in my entire 17+ yrs career. I asked for salary hike as per market standards. Since my last bracket was 15LPA After 1.5 hrs of long interview he asked me to get Bank account details and pay slips to verify salary and get my final CTC approval. Along with all the documents such as Ration card Light bill Voter ID Rent agreement Addhar Pan School leaving certificate Relocation address After 10 days they called and said they dnt have budget

So many thinks i never got full and on time salary. Msg from Sales manager Zuber and Branch manager Umair they cut down all most every employee salary by 10 20 30 % if not archive MT, I 1st work in this environment. No innovation, floor is full of -ve atmosphere by all mates, and so many dispute the Sales manager is not resolving such issues, no job security even if you confirmed every time i put paper and 4 - 5 meetings and then get raise of 2000 INR every time i have to inform my SM if i late and late by 15 min then half day salary gets deducted. Over and above proprietor Umair made shift time of 10 Hrs with no over time. False promises given at interview and in meeting and nothing come true. Fully abusive office environment. no future of company. We are selling here commando a big LAUGH on name. all duplicate and china products. All premium customer steal and lock with SM only. SM never give us a treat ever.

The worst company work culture i have ever seen in my entire career. They will neve appreciate you with any thing they just want appraise themselves make you feel inferior. Zuber & Rupali are those termites who are slowly eating the company.

There is no job security.. no work culture, They don't follow the policy which they made.. Don't sign any bond. Sales manager is not at all supportive.. You will find not more than 2-3 peoples on floor.. Highly negative work environment..
