The support and help from the Colleagues. Job security is there. Management is good also. Flexible shift, in urgency they provide WFH as well.

Dislikes

Work life balance is a bit poor so the HR policies. Provided salary is okay. But for experienced people who will join, (less than 2yr or from different backgrounds) it's not good because you have to work as an intern for 6 months with a less salary then it will get revised.

Salary on time. When your birthday come celebration is very good.

Dislikes

Owner of this consultancy first behave very well. But after few days he shows his reality shout on you aggressively talk, very very rude behaviour. Beware of old employees.

Really Superb energetic atmosphere. Salary on Time and you can balance your personal life with your work. Lot's of growth opportunities if you perform well. Always seniors ready to help the new ones. The best place to work.

I like that here working I learnt end to end recruitment from sourcing of candidates thought various job portals to scheduling their interview until their selection and learnt coordinating with different clients which is the core of HR.

Here work life balance is missing s9mething we have to work alternate Saturdays also and there is no work from home policy also here.

Director is very co-operative and taking care or each n every team member, very helpful Nd supportive. Career growth with learning part is highly appreciatiable.

Need to change on time flexibility & duty hours.
