The working culture is very bad and I will recommend you not to leave your good company for this company. Their is no work ethics. Their is no system in company, payment will received after 20 days of next month. Their is no logic in company.

Nothing good.

Dislikes

No management, poor work life balance,arrogant boss and old staff,no career growth. Nothing but waste of time.All decisions are made by boss, no hr and manager involvement. Gender inequality is there. Work and experience all this.
