And disgusting treatment after resigning, and allegations of stealing data, password, equipment will be made by company. No experience letter or reliving letter will be given. And old staff act like a watchdog of owner always keep sniffing for any information.

Everything, at time of joining they don't tell any rule but after joining they you get to know about mobile is not allowed, if you they give leave on festival they will say will cover by coming on Sunday to work, they do not give appointment letter only say will give will give or to force sign 3 year of bond , salary also not on time delay upto 3 weeks, only MD is decision maker here others are just puppets, he only blame employees he do not appreciate for work for small things you need to ask to MD or need to whatsApp him, worst work culture worst management worst MD,Worst TEA, on Saturday night you will get to know there is working on Sunday also, very much load need to work more than 10Hrs , rather than joining this company unemployment is better...

Company ruled by heartless owner,employee respect is not existing, employee face constant de respect there hardwork dismissed , someone tries to resign via email to escape from toxic environment . owner demand hard copy of resignation and tearing up the letter and threw it in to dust been , and threatened of employee bond which doesn't exist. If any one raise voice against this situation be redy for dismiss with false elligations.
