New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. After my retirement from Dey's Medical, Calcutta I joined Chandra Brothers ( a SSI Unit ) at their request with a fond hope of good working atmosphere. But later they made me hopeless and as a result I left the Company.

Dislikes

Growth is very less. Authority is extremely sceptic. No working atmosphere. Habit of ignoring prudent advice. Based on sycophants.
