before covid 19 everything was going fine, but just because of corona virus it becomes the the reason of salary issues, otherwise if we talk about culture , work experiences, every person is very co operative, helpful, beyond this i learned many more new things here..i always feel lucky to be the part of such a organization.

now in such a time every person is fighting with covid 19, the one thing that i dislikes where its responsibility of the organization to support their employs, this organization became many of employs job less, and for some of employs they said to apply semester off and salary will not provide this is not so good decision...

...taff right upto the security guards is so helpful that you won't ever feel lost. Salary is always on time and HR dept is cooperative too.

Saturdays are working most of the time and if you've joined recently, the leaves would be few.

Nothing good about this university

Dislikes

HR staff has noo respect for the teachers ... Pay least interest to teachers problems... They won't even pay you well for your job... Overall it's a toxic environment there.

No respect to faculties Micro management Workload not evenly distributed among faculty pool 6 day work week. Roster off is available but may get cancelled any moment. No. of holidays and leaves are also very less.

Appreciated that this university give us opportunity to get few amount to pay our monthly bills

Treating faculty like labour,no respect for faculty,no flexibility or no freedom to do their work with free mind, sometimes felt like inmates
