No respect to faculties Micro management Workload not evenly distributed among faculty pool 6 day work week. Roster off is available but may get cancelled any moment. No. of holidays and leaves are also very less.

Treating faculty like labour,no respect for faculty,no flexibility or no freedom to do their work with free mind, sometimes felt like inmates

...taff right upto the security guards is so helpful that you won't ever feel lost. Salary is always on time and HR dept is cooperative too.

Saturdays are working most of the time and if you've joined recently, the leaves would be few.

Nothing these people are hopeless and doesn’t know basics about how do deal with professional. Bunch of idiots running the show.

Everything like their pay packages are quite low on the contrary the university is charging students huge loads of money. Next is that they change rules as per their convenience and doesn’t regard medical issues and no humanitarian approach towards staff. In total they cause slow and steady mental trauma by giving shit reasons for increased workload and poor management.
