1.) Harrassment of trainers 2.) Not only managers but peons treat trainers as rag pickers. 3.) Deduction of salary of two days if adjustment is not given after applying for leave. 4.) DCPD is full of negativity. 5.) 36 hrs of weekly workload duty to shortage of staff. 6.) Very high resignation rate.

...taff right upto the security guards is so helpful that you won't ever feel lost. Salary is always on time and HR dept is cooperative too.

Saturdays are working most of the time and if you've joined recently, the leaves would be few.

HR staff has noo respect for the teachers ... Pay least interest to teachers problems... They won't even pay you well for your job... Overall it's a toxic environment there.

No respect to faculties Micro management Workload not evenly distributed among faculty pool 6 day work week. Roster off is available but may get cancelled any moment. No. of holidays and leaves are also very less.

...well paid recognition to the employees and the cultural programs are enjoyable. Most important the salary is on time.

No specific point for dislike during my tenure, if you work sincerely then you will be awarded by management, Hardwork of employee never unnoticed.
