...suffer like a bagger for incriment...security guards become head HR by politics.Very low salary like 8k to 10k for 2-8 year experience candidate as senior engineer....very very poor culture.please do not join this company for ur future

My teammates are very cooprative. They behave me like my family members . They maintain the culture of my deptt vey well.

I am working here from 6 and a half year but i cant get the success means growth in salary in my designation i cant reach at that point where i deserve to be. I dislike these things the most and i am not satisfied with working here. I am just working here because my home is nearby. But now i am thinking to switch and work in an Mnc like company,If I can get the opportunity.

In quality department, if you are buttler type of person than you can survive other wise you will be in trouble. No promotion, no matters how many year you spent there, you will under some egotist persons who are in a dileama that they know everything there career start from this company and will ends in the same.
