It's a worst organisation to work with.... They never give salaries on time. Employees have not got their salary since 3months.... Pathetic Sr.Management.... They never pick up any body's call or rather would switch off their phones as don't want to pay anyone. They never stand on their own commitments either. Wants to use their faculty and employees as a tissue paper,i e.one time use only.....

Job just like To Govt. Seniors are co-operative. Comfortable job timings (10-6)

Not giving Salary on time. My salary was also pending more than 7 months. How did I manage my expenses, only I know. That's why finally I left this organisation.

Employee there are really nice and generous.

They dont pay salaries to their employees on time. They take it for granted if somebody needs their pay check on time either the higher management will ignore your call or they will loe straight on your face. HR has zero manners of talking to people. Zero work ethics

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

... Company A. K. Mishra making fool everyone including students, faculty & vendor. Never pay salary, Gst, Tds. There has been 1 time income tax raid, 3 times Gst raid during my tenure.

Dislikes

Mishra live a luxurious life but his employees hardly manage to arrange food expenses for their family.. Never join this company even a wrost phase of your life, otherwise your condition become pathetic.
