I worked in Hyderabad region some what there is no politics in our office because we are only 4 members in our office. timings are 10 am to 6 pm.

Dislikes

Its a owner driven company, so we didnt get any knowledge in Training or any other activities, we Have to Learn on self basis, Technically no body will support from Head office Ahmedabad. Major business of the company will come from South India only so travelling very high.

1) No job security. Depends on MD's mood entirely. 2) Process needs lot of improvement
