One of the worst companies. No structure. No leadership skills to complete tasks. Freshers Have been put to uphill task to finish everything at faster pace. Lack of clarity in process.

Terrible top management and the HR. The CEO and his wife hire and fire the employees basis their whim, with no intimation resulting in constant job insecurity. The CEO’s wife made us design and style her wardrobe for various events.

They've found a good b2b niche, but they have too many bad reviews across different review websites.

Dislikes

Things to know before joining 1,They use keystroke tracking to measure productivity. If you are on a meeting or call or spends time on sketch, you'll be unfairly surprised on your salary. 2.they have multiple profiles on ambitionbox.
