Company all rules are okay as per policies but some of people uses their other power like political, upper post employee etc. And enjoying itself compare to other employee.

Other than above two good things everything is bad. No work life balance. No proper off. Adequate manpower, hence high work load. Company culture is full of negativity. Mechanical department is worst dept to work.

Management is very Bad if you don't achive month to month Target Salary will not be given on that month. So think twice if you are interested in working with these company.

There is no cordination with the company and management. Behaviour is very rude.

No job security, Top management treat like a slave to other employees, buttering very high, no have any platefarm to put any problem of employees, Some department enjoying fully like HR, Store.

Very bad and very dirty management in this company . Because there are all senior employee misbehaving with our juniors .

There is a lot of politics and management dose not address our issues. Salary is not decant and no career growth in this company .
