Chamanlaal Setia exports ltd. is one of the largest millers and exporters of Indian Rice. The company was established in 1974 in Amritsar, corporate office in Delhi, Millers cum exporters having processing unit at Karnal and went on to become one of the largest manufacturer-exporter of rice with its flagship brand Maharani, one of the most trusted rice in India due to its honest dealings and fair business practices. I am working in this company as a Sales Coordinator-International marketing. In that position, I am responsible for handling all the sales activities at international level from lead generation to close. Basically, My work is to deal with with the international clients and to ask them are they dealing in rice or not. If yes, then I am supposed to get their basic information like person name, whatsapp no., email id through which we can follow up easily. Then I quote the prices to them according to the requirements they've shared. Apart from calling, I also work in MS excel maintaining the sheets of different countries with different companies and their information. Overall, it is a very good experience for me as I gained so much knowledge of MS excel and international marketing concepts as I joined this company as a fresher and during my tenure, I become very professional, learnt management styles, grasp customer satisfaction and gained knowledge of MS Office.

Dislikes

Nothing much. The company is very good at international level as well. The only factor is growth. Here growth is slow so I just want to move on where career prospects, professional growth and work opportunities are more.
