I don't like to work for CSPL even if I get another chance to. Started layoffs within 1 month of lockdown, no compensation, no support

Senior member are so poor in their management skills with poor work ethics with so much undesirable expectations

All staff sports teams work and Everyone is very nice or everyone gives full support. By it company problem or my professional problem then I get full support. Everyone in the company lives like a family.

Knowledge of Multiple disciplines All Electrical, Hydraulic & Mechanical at the same time. We need a candidate here who has a strong logical understanding of engineering concepts & interested to do cross-functional engineering activities which involve hydraulic, Mechanical & electrical together. We have a lot of rejection in the interview because we are not searching for acdamic or experice we are serching for know ladge & passion for engineering.

Company has very good work ethic & culture. It give opportunity to gain various skill while working. Most of work is done for Canada & USA which improves our understanding about western way of engineering.

Infrastructure & facility need some improvement. But over all good.

Manger has No Communication knowledge in English, he doesn't know,he only have his working knowledge & remaining is zero...Don't call us interview again ...

First appti round cracked but at 2nd round they reject me because my working domain is different .....is it not good? Hiring Manager has not know to communicate with candidates in interview He doesn't talk English language He only know his working knowledge but other is zero How to work under them?
