All teamates are Very good coardinating with us. Their is no separate training for employes, Hard work given batter training to us in supper luxuries villas constructions. Very good job security career growth is nill. because of too much delaying in final handing over process. Now a days Sallary also delaying due to sales probles maine resones is rate per villa is 10 to 15 Cr. Mainly no traveling alowens availability. Politics is their in each and every private sectors. Good learning experience but it is Only in villas development. Vary good work environment, innovation is good. Life balancing is very critical due to late sallary.

Hhhhmmmm it was unforgettable journey too much politics little difficult to face Oooffff big thing problem there is work timings and they stoped over time money they suppose to give me 85000rs if think about that it's hurt a lot......
