... who does not know the H of HR but works as the director himself. No compiance..and above all they do not give the justified salary you deseve. They will kick you out by putting unkind allegations.. Never join this company.

...they will do according to there choice. Think twice before joining this company. Even they cut salary for Gadgeted holidays after they mention in there list of Holidays. They will throw you out when they have fully used you.

Company director Manoj kumar sir is nice person.

Salary delayed 1 month. No leaves , salary deductions for single leave. Even for the first time you are going to site they will not provide you vehicles. HR will not respond you once you join on site. No accommodations. According to me no one should join below 35k salary. They are paying very less to junior staff. But if your relatives are working their then you will get good salary. They will not provided vehicles for site visit. They will tell you use Contactor vehicle’s.

Senior staff is not cooperative, all are selfish, salary issue is always arrive on every month. Working time is not fixed. If you work here you doesn't fell like work in a PMC you fell you work in a contractor company.

Environment (Some thinking issues) Not directly telling what are the ground reality of shortcomings.May be due to varying skillset and technology.Someone may be facing due to background issues like language barrier.Whenever you're talking or discussing with anyone regarding any good topic,some pin point.(kind of disrespect)
