...ination with management, they are too slow and won't support on the timely need. I have worked with them as consultant and there are cases where the pay was missed for 2 months.

They created the company policies in favor of the company. If you put the paper in this company they will start the political game with you. The manager and HR will play the game in your life when you put the paper. Team leads are using bad words when you are in the training period. Unofficially they force you to work more than 1-2 hours per day to impress the management. But they don't provide the allowance for this during the WFH. Expected appraisal they don't provide you. If you take your comp off they won't allow you they push you to avoid such leave but they want you to work Saturday and Sunday. When the appraisal time they told you that they don't have a profit in the financial year so you will get less appraisal. The work pressure is very high.

The company is good for freshers who are struggling to start their career and who have doubt their skill. Their task assigning help us to improve technical skill and coding skill. The job security is excellent . The colleagues are friendly and supportive.

Dislikes

The benefits and salary is so minimal for fresher which can be little more standard. The extra time and extra effort can be rewarded with a appreciation mail. Genuine and promising communication between the management and employee should improve. The employees should be more respect by their fellow higher officials.
