Shift is already 10 hours but at night this time take 11 hours n more.not rotational shift.company can't give a cup of tea or 1 meal for employees.there is no seak leave

Chaayos, it is a very good company, I enjoyed working here, all the seniors in compliance are good and support me, I also got a chance to learn a lot, my favorite company Chaayos, I have completed 6 years here

I have completed 6 years in this company, by working very well I got a lot of work to do but could not progress further, even after working so much time the salary is so low that whatever I earn is not able to save.

Before joining this you must read it then decide... Poor management, nepotism, takes credit of others work and effects, poor work environments not decent for womens also not safe, low salary and slow promotion takes 2-3 years to get next promotion, poor customer service quality, poor call centre executives skills, higher positioned person gets higher and lower positioned gets more lower, one side management not 360 degree as they committed, fake interview promise s to hire you at low salary then **** your life.

...Accident , my hand and leg are got Injuries, my cell phone was totally broked .. but they don't show me favour, they Hold my Salary and terminate me from job... even our bike Convence is not transfered in our account at the time they said at the time of Joining. Stay away to live this life happily....don't blindly follow this rating.... especially for women
