1. No joining letter is given. 2. Company changes policies as per their convenience as they won't give your earned money after you do the sale for them. 3. No holidays are given except for Tuesday. They do not follow any holiday guidelines, even holidays made compulsory by government.

Working environment of the company is good. Everyone works for mutual growth hence always try to search solutions instead of dragging the problem. You always have back of your boss. Very understanding and knowledgeable.
