I like the overall work culture of the organization since my joining and the organization has consistently managed the same. No work pressure at all. The organization promote and support honesty in work. Internal promotions are done at large which is good for employees growth

The company pays over time if ask for the additional work basis on the business requirements however they should discourage this practice for better work life balance.

What I don’t like about this Company they don’t allow to go outside without get-pass if you want go out side then you have to bring a gate-pass. And second thing is that transportation department don’t have etiquette that how to talk employees.

Poor management, no clear reason to fire emplyees, and disgarceful manager specilly Naveen Kumar manager of m&a process.

There is nothing which you can say it is a good organisation, i am part of this organisation since last 5 years but when they got to know that i am suffering from blood cancer so they trying to make me out by anyway.

I am totally disagree with this organisation because i have given my five years to them but now i realize that i just waste my time. No job security here. Since they got to know that i am suffering from Blood cancer so they plotting against me to make me out instead to keep stand with me in this critical situation. Please do not join this organisation that is my humble request.
