The company is very good. It's culture ,work, surrounding is best .The reason behind I switch it from there is I was on third part pay roll so there is no long security about job and I was looking for new things to learn ,to develop my skill.

...e one kind of work for long time i started to search new challenges,new things .I thought it was not possible over there as I was on third party pay roll and it was not secure job .

There is nothing to like. Worst work culture. Employed slavery is the work culture. These people can even start coaching for filthy politics. Extremely high attrition rate. Gender inequality.

Dislikes

...chra/mess created by existing employees will be given to you for cleaning it up. Worst salary structure, you will end up contributing everything from your CTC. Corporate accounts is full of witless worms. There is a nalla DH who is fox in sheep's clothing, who knows nothing and does nothing, is sitting duck. Don't go by the good ratings given here it is either paid promotion or given by HR. No support from seniors at all. They micromanage a lot like a lot. Some people even talk to co-workers/reportee in abusive language. Everyone is busy in saving their own skin. They don't even care of the high attrition rate since they are always looking for new lambs for slaughtering their careers. And are always busy in deceiving new lambs. People are leaving the organisation like marbles rolling down a hill. And top management just doesn't give a damn. And as far as new world covid policy is concerned where nowadays employees look for WFH, this company is in some alternate universe where covid doesn't exist. All in all don't even apply or even consider joining this company as you will be better off unemployed that wasting your precious time here.

They give preference for power electronics person. Salary difference is very big position also have very different Senior executive have 2year experience and execution have 5 years experience.

Very thing for dislikes only. Nothing is good here working hour's is also 9 to 7 strictly timming.

You will be given opportunity to express yourself. You have a secure job to perform and show your working.

Promotion and hike in salary is having no ruling n it purely depends on management n their wish to do so. Hike on y o y basis is not too good

CG power office was like a family to me had worked here for three years couldn't find better company than this very genuine people made lots of connections and memories forever

No promotion, no appreciation, less salary wish they increase salary when we ask them at that point of time would be happy
