The product manufactured (wai wai noodles) by the company without fssai guidelines. When there is visit of food safety officer than they take precautions otherwise they are playing with the live of people. I suggest don't buy there product.

Seniors are understanding, helpful, colleague are outstanding supportive.

As compare to work pressure compensation is low. No our suggestions & innovative ideas taken into consideration. No definite work profile is followed.

Past-company was very good, work culture, very friendly environment was good, all employee a good team player, all employee high-quality work & helpful & as like family member Factory & Head office.

Dislikes

Present & future:- Company over all work environment not good, company police not good, old employee's salary very poor, at present observation company not at comfort zone.Good & best employees want to leave this company. People don't Leave job, they leave toxic work culture and looking for mental peace. Future will be confused with corporate culture with huge pays.

Honestly nothing, company has no work life balance at all. They're not clear about their own vision, mission and purpose.

management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees

... And during my resign that said we don't know all are decided my upr department. My bonus is also not given at time of full and final they told me it will given on diwali. God knows it will given by them or not.

Hr policy is not good
