They don't pay you salary as per your offer letter The salary they pay you is way lesser than what is agreed in the offer letter They make you work even on holidays like republic day etc and even sometimes on Sunday Even after this they come up with flimsy reasons to cut your salary Please don't join CFO Bridge for employment

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
