As an employee who dedicated time, effort, and loyalty to Company Ceyone, I expected fair treatment and transparency. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. 1. **Unfulfilled Promise**: When I joined Company Ceyone, I was promised reimbursement for certain expenses, including an amount of 15,000. However, when I requested reimbursement, it was **denied without any valid explanation**. This breach of trust left me feeling betrayed and undervalued. 2. **Inadequate HR Team and Management**: The HR team and management's handling of this situation was **appalling**. Their lack of empathy, professionalism, and communication skills was evident throughout the process. Instead of addressing my concerns, they seemed more interested in protecting the company's interests. 3. **Relocation Efforts Disregarded**: I took the initiative to move from Bangalore to Hyderabad, hoping to prove my commitment and dedication. Despite this significant step, I received no increment or recognition. Instead, I was **humiliated** by the very organization I worked hard for. 4. **Termination Without Fair Consideration**: To add insult to injury, I was **terminated** shortly after raising my reimbursement issue. It is disheartening to see that Company Ceyone prioritizes its bottom line over the well-being of its employees. 5. **Recommendation**: I strongly advise potential employees to **reconsider joining Company Ceyone**. The lack of transparency, broken promises, and unprofessional behavior make it an unfavorable workplace. As someone who believed in the company's values, I feel let down and disrespected and now they are not even paying my salary and pushed me into trouble.
