Except for the pay there's nothing beneficial working in CEVA Chennai branch.

Firstly the work environment is very toxic in CEVA Chennai especially ocean product. The head of ocean product is very ridiculous, inconsiderate and rude. He has no professional ethics and has poor people handling skills. He tortures the employees and make them breakdown mentally.

Dont care about employees, very rude top management, lots of office politics especially in Contract Logistics, little to no increment.

...nd development for the employees and will not pay as per the market standards. Employee benefits other than salary, is nothing No encouragement, if ops or CS do the value addition, they will not get benefitted. Every continent will follow different style of process and it's hectic to follow up. They reason here is to mention is atleast, this will be reviewed and change their attitude in future and treat everyone without partiality.
