Cethar is a very good company for trainees and they are giving chance to work with well graduated operators and then they are give us training for 6month after that if we qualify to work alone they will conduct one oral exam. if I passed on that test surely I eligible to work alone.After that step by step we need to our knowledge.

Doesn't care about employee, only concentrate on profits, doesn't provide quality safety equipment.

Dislikes

No work safety. No job safety. Doesn't provide my over time amount even during this covid situation. Didn't paid my PF amount for the past 2 months
