It is a good opportunity for freshers as the company hires many of them at a minimum salary. These freshers get a lot of opportunities to learn various types of work and explore their potential for growth.

Likes

Very good platform for a beginner in professional life. Mental pressure minimum. Colleagues are cooperative. When I was working I got the lodging facility and the rooms were in good condition.

Likes

Good place for freshers for job training. Teammates and seniors are supportive. During Lockdown, company did not sack anyone but retained employees with salary deduction. At least all the employees got their salary in lockdown period.

Team work is very good and work environment is very familiar. Site management is upon you. Site staffs images can changed any moment on site situation or office instruction.

Office co-workers are not good... Selfish jealous and mean minded and all about blame game. I know this culture exist in typical Bengali company.... But this company is far worse than that. And above all hod favoutism plays an important factor for your career growth in your company.
