The work is not too hard it's only good thing in that company but if you made very small mistake also they give huge penalties.

Dislikes

They are forced many of people to resign becouse of less profits of company due No sales of product. I also resigned with them.. the company management are reduced our salaries who are resigned.. I asked to the HR and he replied like this " your not there in the company to question us & feel better we given atleast some salary to the people who resigned" It's a fraud company they are releasing chemical wast to pond beside of that company it's very harmful to the Environment. Don't try to join in this company.

Mis-leads function partiality on native language (tamil), telugu people don't have right to rise issue on problems facing in industries.

Good working environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year....😊😊

Lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues

There are some politics inside company and you cant even ask for honest responses..and cant share your opinion against the organisation even for small benefits

No proper benefits for hardwork..No leaves for government alotted festival holidays also..they will make people to resign if they personally dont like you..
