New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

1. Irregular salary. Salary comes as surprise on 20th or 25th day of the next month u never know. 2. Do not join this company to ruin your career. 3. Micro Management. 4. Management thinks they can do anything to the employess showing whatever reason. 5. Poor structure 6. If you leave the company, they don't give any documents, doesn't clear your dues, f&f etc. Do not expect anything. 7. If u r an experience holder, they will utilize your existing connections and one fine day you will be told to leave all of a sudden.

They recruit people from reputed organisations and lure them with wonderful CTC Salary dont even expect before 5th of the month and local conveyance expenses they don't pay but make you to travel every day on your own money. Strict suggestion not to join this fradulent company. Even after exit from the company they will not clear F&F dues and one can lose hope of getting the amount. simply they are ruining the careers of the new comers.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are very good, appraisals are fair and they give salary hike and bonus every year. Salaries are giving on time every month.
