It depends on individual how confident you are to take initiative for new projects in R&D. I personally was not that confident when started with Cesare Bonetti since it was my first job in design and development. Still I had very good experience in terms of knowledge gaining and on job training. If want to learn and money is not your prime concern in that phase this is very good company to work with.

Dislikes

Low pay and when I was working Sysytems were not set properly. Had to run around for drawing release and take signature from every department. In short no respect for hard work I was doing. As per ISO drawing revision and correction should be documented properly, to avoid same mistake again, I did not see that system there. Correction we’re suggested at eleventh hour and it becomes very hectic to implement at such last moment.

There is many things to learn and modify the culture of company is good free and open to share ne w ideas and changes for or towards growth but their Hr policies are not understandable otherwise company is good atmosphere and working staff is also coperative but Hr policies are bad.

job security is not there & no proper Hr policies.

It was really nice to do a job in cesare bonetti. My colleagues were always supportive and I learnt something many new things. Company policies were really good.

Dislikes

Nothing as I there was work with enjoyment.
