As a PSU company, whether you are competent or not, it doesn't matter. You will be treated the same. In fact, if you can flatter your boss, you will be promoted. Reservation in promotions is disappointing.

No training for employees on contractual roll, no increment, no appraisal, no scope for grade upgradation
