Expect yearly hikes And 1L deduction on unwanted stuffs Good package at the beginning, later you don't get paid, yearly hikes are in single digits in most of the teams No team meetings No paid lunch's No fun @work

A long list of cons at Cerner.If you are looking at the company name and notice that it's an MNC, then do not be fooled. I have found the work and culture at Cerner absolutely unprofessional and have disliked every day at work. This company needs a revamp of every management person. They are awful at driving projects, teams or releases. Pathetic experience at this place and I rue every day that I've wasted here.

It is very difficult to find teams with culture this good. Everyone is entirely supportive and professional. It's a huge plus. Makes everything bearable.

...you do, there may not be enough opportunities for growth. Need better appraisal. It's great to be treated well but the monetary compensation matters too.
