Ceridian Team is very good in working culture. They will give Bonus and good hike. New Infrastructure is awesome @ B'lore and now its feels like MNC.

...Manager(a person who rejoined and was taking care of Development and support ). Reference candidate will get more hike and High salary than one who working for more than 7+ years. Not Focusing to fix the repeated issues in application. Few special teams are there in IT and they will give very good hike with promotions and also mid year hike too, I think even HR also aware of this.

Bad/unprofessional mid management which doesn’t allow you to grow much. No scope for technical growth. If you have some skillset you can apply but do not expect any growth for yourself. Too much politics based on religion.(plus point if you're a Muslim) No support or encouragement for contirbutions made. Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st.
