Company is good in terms of the technology it is working on. Provides decent compensation wrt its peers but since it is a new company much of the process is not in place. Management is cordial and believes in people's well being

Dislikes

Could have been more streamlined processes although much of it is in place like work from policy etc atleast of people working in process end.

Worst company. lack of culture at Pune centre. this company is a joke in the name of product co, the promotion and salary hike decided by HR manager in India. full of politics. product work mostly taken care by onshore guys. not much scope to learn. I wasted one and half years with this company, most of the good people I knew, already quit.

...ody will ask you when you're coming and when leaving the office. No work burden. Satisfied salary. Friendly environment. Open workplace. Well overall management.

Dislikes

Internal politics are hard. No Job security even for the on roll employees. Candidates shouldn't join this company through third party. Otherwise you'll be definitely kicked off within 6 months without any reason despite of giving your 100% efforts.
