Working in the Legal Department is terrible as here very old people who don't know how to work get employed over here, the other departments had fights with this person but he still manages to stay in his position. HR favors the legal manager over here as if he is the boss and HR doesn't have the capability of doing anything. Legal Manager Kamal is the dumbest, ill-mannered person ever and always puts illogical opinions in the meeting and when a junior employee tries to correct him he gets jealous and starts to demotivate him by hook or crook and doesn't let him do the work peacefully. The HOD and CEO must fire him immediately because his company is suffering a lot financially, he always tries to belittle and demotivate his colleagues.

Carrier and personal growth are very poor, you can't manage here work-life balance, and HOD is very rude. they think all Indians are dog-like mazdoor. here is no your self-reputation, and your self-confidence. HOD behaves with you like you are Gulam.

It is very good company also and i like u so much for doing this work .i am intersested to have work .why i am discontinue this job means .my family sutituation thus why? For future i become a ceragem owner. I hope.
