... provided offer letter CTC breakups Even not discuss on call or whtsaap mail Total hidden politics and total fake each and everything first at the time of interview they discuss in hand salary is this this and after joing 25% less salary I received this is totally bad and hidden polices from the mangament and hr also hr is also not good they will never pick up the call and they will not respond properly they are very rude and misbehave to the employers Don't join other wise u will loose the good and best opportunity in the future don't sign a bond u will hold for three years and no increment and appraisal will given in between 3 years after three years they promisses will give but all are fake total fake

The one thing that I appreciate most is their salary deposit date. Cera never play around that. Another aspects is the very good system of reimbursement.

This was a very good company, but some set of individuals misused the authority to pamper their own ego and for their own benefits. There is literally a strong leadership crisis. At present one's are biased and egoistic. Gender differences and personal individual preferences are more

As an company Cera is number 1. Job security is 100% . Culture only bosses are good but employees with no manners.

Culture i don't like at all. 3 year bond os there which you can't resign and go or else we need to pay for that. No training given till date .

All the teammates are cooperative , Job security is 100% here, Salary is on time every month & Appraisals are very High, Working Environment is very good as every Employee either he is most senior person or junior level person all are very helpful and help us to manage the issues accordingly. Overall its an Great Company & its been an Great Experience for me & Feeling Proud that I am a Part of this Company.

Working environment is good, job security is high. No politics, salary is at par with industry appraisal is on time. Work life balance is outstanding
