Indian employees have to connect with US employees everyday at night (10pm) for the stand up calls. Sometimes you have to stay up very late (2 am -3am ) to connect with US employees.

The company is in a hypergrowth phase so a lot of opportunities to grow even with any other Dana her opcos

Dislikes

Work culture is what I feel was not good. Nobody is ready to share the data or information. Nobody is sure who is the right controller for a specific task. A lot of mismanagement in the processes.
