Likes

I dislike work culture and company policy regarding staff. As it's HR department was dominated by labour unions and doesn't support staff to take action against every negligence made by labour.The management doesn't believe on the production as well as Engineering staff. Poor decisions making power of top management of old and non technical personnel.
